This Court is informed that the case was registered in 2002 and was committed to the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas after 10 years, in 2012.

The case record was not traceable for sometime for which trial suffered. Fortunately, the record has been traced out and trial resumed. Out of 13 charge-sheeted witnesses only one has been examined till date.

Keeping in mind the age of the case, learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within one year from the next date of hearing fixed before him peremptorily without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.

The revisional application is disposed of.
