1. The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent/P.F.Authorities to disburse the pension of the petitioner, including the arrears and interest to the petitioner.

2. The petitioner further prays for direction upon the respondent nos.2 and 3 to adjudicate the monthly pension of the petitioner and disburse the same including the arrears and interest.

3. Mr. Shiv Chandra Prasad appearing for the E.P.F Authorities, submits that the P.F.Authorities are processing the matter relating to the pension of the petitioner herein,

and are making all endeavour to decide the issue expeditiously.

4. The Learned Counsel for the petitioner further submits that admittedly his pension matter is being addressed but his provident fund dues have not been released.

5. It appears that respondent-company in this case is an exempted establishment and the provident fund is to be disbursed by the trust.

6. Accordingly, the respondent/establishment who is represented today, is directed to take necessary steps for disbursement of the provident fund dues of the petitioner as per his entitlement through the trust and make all endeavour to decide the same preferably within 60 days from the date of this order.

7. The writ application stands disposed of.

8. Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

9. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

10. Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
