Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is similarly placed as the other accused person who has been granted bail on 08.04.2026 in CRM(NDPS) 533 of 2026.
Learned advocate appearing for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail, but is unable to refute the contentions of the petitioner that similarly placed accused person has been granted bail.
Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is similarly situated as the other accused viz. Masidul Sk @ Masdul Sk @ Masidul Sekh @ Masidur Sk. who has been granted bail on 08.04.2026 in CRM (NDPS) 533 of 2026, I am of the opinion that the present petitioner viz., Ismail Sekh @ Raju be released on bail by the learned Trial Court on the same terms and conditions as the other accused who has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 533 of 2026.
Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.
The application for bail, being CRM (NDPS) 874 of 2026, is, thus, disposed of.
The Memo of Evidence submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
