Mr. Dipankar Paramanick ...for the State Due to mistake the name of Mr. Joydeep Roy, who appeared on behalf of the State, has been left in the order dated 11th July, 2025.

He also refers the name of his junior Mr. Dipankar Paramanick was mentioned in Paragraphs 6, 8 and 9 of the judgment dated 18th July, 2025 passed in CRR 1436 of 2018, in lieu of his name (Joydeep Roy). He prays for substituting his name by the name of Mr. Dipankar Paramanick. Let the necessary corrections be carried out. This order be read conjointly with the judgment dated 18th July, 2025.
