It appears that in my order dated 22.06.2022 the cause-title has been inadvertently typed as "Mehmud Ansary @ Mahmood Ansari vs. Mehdub Gazi & ors." instead of "Md Mehmud Ansary @ Mahmood Ansari vs. Mehbud Gazi & ors.". The same shall be corrected and read as "Md Mehmud Ansary @ Mahmood Ansari vs. Mehbud Gazi & ors.".

The mistake is thus rectified. Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.

Office is directed to incorporate necessary correction in the said order.
