It is the common grievance of the petitioners that they have not been granted registration by the university namely, West Bengal University of Health Sciences.

Learned advocate appearing for the university submits that due to manpower problem, the registration process of the petitioners could not be completed.

She, however, submits that the petitioners shall be granted registration within two weeks from date.

In that view of the matter, nothing remains to be decided in this matter.

Accordingly, WPA 10665 of 2024 is disposed of.
