ct. no. 34 CRR 1412 of 2012 (via video conference) Shawkat Ali -Vs- M/s Cresent Safety Mart Export Pvt. Ltd & Ors. The revisional application relates to challenging the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Sealdah in complaint case no.C/72/2011.

The revisional application was admitted on 29.6.2012. However, there is no interim order in respect of the proceedings pending before the learned Magistrate. No information has been intimated before this court regarding the present stage of the proceedings.

On perusal of the order passed by the learned Magistrate I do not find any illegality as the learned Magistrate has fixed subsequent date for cross examination of a particular witness. As such no interference is called for.

Accordingly, CRR 1412 of 2012 is disposed of along with all pending applications.

Interim order, if any, stand vacated.
