Akhan ... for the Petitioner(s) Mr. Suman Ghosh Mr. Sankha Prasad Roy ... for the State-respondent(s) The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that they are unable to enjoy their property because of the overt act at the behest of the private respondents. The petitioners intend to reside at the said property.

State has submitted a report which reflects that the incident complained of are improbable since the petitioners were available at different places. The factual aspects complained of are also disputed by the police authorities.

The report encloses a communication made to the Inspector-in-

charge of Mongalkote police station by the Pradhan of the said Gram Panchayet stating that the petitioners were not residing at the said place.

Be that as it may, if the petitioners are the owners of the property concerned having documents in their custody to substantiate the same and intend to enter into the said property but are resisted, they will report to the concerned police station who would take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 9922 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.
