Petitioner ha invoked the constitutional writ jurisdiction, being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the Additional District Magistrate and District Land and Land Reforms Officer, respondent no. 4 in disposing his representation dated 26th March, 2021 being Annexure P-3 to the writ petition making prayer for cancellation of the lease in question. This writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.

4 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 26th March, 2021 in accordance with law and by passing reasoned and speaking order and after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorize representatives and private respondent, within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner within two weeks thereof. Respondents to consider the aforesaid representation of the petitioner is strictly in accordance with law.

WPA 10703 of 2021 stands disposed of.
