None appears for the petitioner and no accommodation was sought, when the matter was called on 22nd December, 2022, 23rd December, 2022, 2nd January, 2023 and 3rd January, 2023. Today also when the matter is called, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. No accommodation is sought on second call.

Accordingly, revisional application CRR 870 of 2014 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
