Ms. Pushpita Saha The petitioner has filed the instant application praying for bail in connection with the aforementioned case. Having heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State and on perusal of the entire material on record including case dairy we find that commercial quantity of contraband articles (Ganja) was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and another accused on 1st March, 2020.

In view of the embargo imposed under Section 37 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 we are of the view that the petitioner is not entitled to bail. The prayer for bail is thus and rejected at this stage. CRM 4163 of 2021 is dismissed.
