However, school authority and the West Bengal Central School Service Commission are represented by learned advocates who appear on virtual mode.

Matter relates to transfer of the petitioner to another school. However, it has been submitted by the learned advocate representing the West Bengal Central School Service Commission that the petitioner was selected based on the recruitment process namely 1st State Level Selection Test 2016 (classes IX and X) and appointed in terms of memo dated 21st November, 2019 issued by the President, West Bengal Board of Secondary

Education as an assistant teacher in a Government aided secondary school.

Since entire selection process of 1st SLST 2016 (classes IX, X, XI and XII) has been set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench and the issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court at this stage no order need be passed on this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law for her transfer if situation so arises in future.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
