The instant appeal is preferred challenging the impugned judgment and award passed by the learned Tribunal dated 27th September, 2012 and this appeal is pending in the docket of this Court since for long years. 3.

It appears that the appellant has lost interest to proceed further with this case and as such there is no justification to keep this case alive in the list. 4.

Accordingly, the instant case be and the same is hereby dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
