The present petitioner happened to be the owner and the daughter in law of the opposite party no.2. The allegations on completion of investigation in the charge sheet relate to assault and outrage the modesty along with threat with a pre-meditated effort. Mr. Dutta, learned advocate appearing for the State produced the Case Diary,I have perused the relevant documents relied upon by the prosecution as well as points canvassed in the present revisional application.

Having regard to the issues so raised in the revisional application, I am of the opinion that the issues relate to question of facts which are to be adjudicated in the course of trial, as such no interference is called for.

Accordingly, CRR 1219 f 2017 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently dismissed.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
