A copy of receipt for payment as filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

In view of the materials available in the case diary and the fact that the petitioner has paid 50% of the final assessment bill, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, I direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners viz., Mithun Maity be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. The petitioners shall not intimidate the witnesses and/or tamper

with evidence in any manner whatsoever and shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer.

The application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 1503 of 2025 is, thus, disposed of.
