Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to file affidavit-of-service by tomorrow.

Despite service of notice, the respondents are not represented.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that his client has been convicted and sentenced to rigorous imprisonment for ten years for offence under Section 20(b) of N.D.P.S. Act.

The petitioner has been undergoing sentence since 18th of December, 2015. The petitioner made an application for parole on 15th June, 2021 which has not been considered by the respondent nos. 2 and 3 till date.

In view of the above, the respondent no.2 shall consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 15th June, 2021 within a period of three months from the

date of communication of copy of this order. The petitioner shall communicate this order along with a fresh copy of the writ petition to the respondent nos. 2 and 3 directly.

With the above observations, W.P.A. No.10722 of 2021 is disposed of.

There is no order as to costs.

Urgent certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of the requisite formalities.
