The instant revisional application has been filed for quashing of the proceedings in G.R. Case No. 1144/2010 arising out of Hura P.S. Case No. 71/10 dated 02.11.2010 under Section 302/364/201/120B/109/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the aforesaid report, it transpires that the proceedings of the aforesaid case is pending before the Court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Purulia at a stage for recording the evidence of doctor who held the post mortem examination and the investigating officer. The next date fixed for recording of such evidence is fixed on 20.11.2023. The trial has proceeded to the extent of completion. This Court is therefore not inclined to interfere with the trial at this stage as it has progressed nearing completion, on the basis of alleged incriminating materials on record.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application is disposed of.

Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for information.
