In the first paragraph of the petition praying for bail, the petitioner has stated that this is the first time he is moving this bail application before this court.

The patent falsity of this statement has been demonstrated by the learned advocate for the State by referring to three orders of this court, dated July 25, 2019 passed in CRM 4525 of 2019, November 14, 2019 passed in CRM 10101 of 2019 and September 29, 2020 passed in CRM 7268 of 2020 whereby this court rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner thrice. The petitioner has indulged in sharp practice. He has tried to hoodwink this court.

In view of the dishonest conduct of the petitioner, we are not inclined even to entertain this application for bail.

Accordingly, the application for bail being CRM 4183 of 2021 is dismissed.
