1. Leave is granted to the petitioners to correct the cause title.

2. The present revisional application has been filed inter alia, praying for expeditious disposal of the Title Suit No. 21 of 2019 pending before the learned Civil Judge, (Junior Division), Ghatal, Paschim Medinipur.

3. The present revisional application has been taken up for consideration without service of prior notice on the opposite parties.

4. Having heard the learned advocate for the petitioners and considering the fact that the injunction application has been pending since the year 2019, I am of the view that the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ghatal, Paschim Medinipur should take steps to dispose of the injunction application as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.

5. The petitioners are directed to serve a copy of the revisional application along with this order on the opposite parties.

6. With the above observations and directions, the revisional application is disposed of.

7. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
