This is an application for modification of the order dated 1st July, 2014 passed by the coordinate Bench on the writ petition being WPA 8292 of 2014. The application is heard in presence of the learned advocates representing the applicant and the State respondents.

The learned advocate for the applicant submits that the order passed by the coordinate Bench on 1st July, 2014 need not be modified only leave is required to be granted in favour of the learned advocate for the applicant to amend the cause title of the writ petition to substitute Treasury Officer, Gangarampur, District-Dakshin Dinajpur in place and stead of Treasury Officer, Dakshin Dinajpur being respondent no.5.

In view of nature of the prayer made in this

application, the application is allowed directing the department to amend the cause title of the writ petition by substituting Treasury Officer, Gangarampur, District-Dakshin Dinajpur in place and stead of Treasury Officer, Dakshin Dinajpur within a period of seven days from date.

The learned advocate for the applicant is directed to cooperate with the department to carryout such amendment.

Accordingly, the application being CAN 1/2015 (Old No: CAN 3501/2015) stands disposed of.
