Mr. Suman De, learned advocate appearing for the State earlier submitted a report before this Court, wherein, it is reflected that next date is fixed for evidence on 07.09.2021. Records of the revisional application reflect that the proceedings before this Court was for quashing of G.R. Case No.300 of 2008, arising out of Serampore Police Station Case No.95 of 2008 dated 29.04.2008.

Having regard to the conduct of the present petitioners and the time which has been consumed in the meantime, I am of the

view that no useful purpose would be served by keeping this revisional application pending before this Court. The evidence of the case has already commenced.

Accordingly, C.R.R.1574 of 2011 is dismissed. Pending applications, if any, are disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

Department is directed to tag the C.R.A.N. application along with this revisional application.
