Mr. Binoy Kumar Panda along with Mr. Pravas Bhattacharyya, learned Advocates who usually appear on behalf of the State are requested to appear in this revisional application. Learned Legal Remembrancer is requested to regularize the appointment of Mr. Binoy Kumar Panda and Mr. Pravas Bhattacharyya learned advocates in due course. Learned Advocate on behalf of the State appears. None appears on behalf of the petitioner, last order was passed on 22.6.2011 for service of notice upon the opposite parties. There is nothing on record showing compliance of the order of the court. This revisional application is directed against the charge sheet submitted against the petitioner under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 /4 D.P.Act.

Considering all facts and circumstances, I do not find any reason to continue with this revisional application, the petitioners are not taking steps by the considerable period.

In view of the matter, the revisional application stands dismissed.

The learned Registrar (Judicial Services) is requested to communicate this order to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alipore forthwith.
