The petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition as per the extant Rules within 48 hours of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

In view of the innocuous nature of the order proposed to be passed, no prior service of notice on the opposite parties is deemed necessary.

Keeping in mind the considerable delay in disposal of the matter by the Second Bench, West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal, the said Tribunal is requested to dispose of O. A. No. 2822 of 2014 pending before it, along with all interlocutory applications pending in connection therewith, if any, within

three months from the date of communication of this order to the said tribunal.

With the aforesaid directions, C. O. No.

1198 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly.

The petitioner shall serve a website copy of this order on the tribunal below as well as on the opposite parties within a week from date. The tribunal shall act on the communication of the learned advocate for the petitioner and/or server copy of this order without insisting upon prior production of a certified copy. There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
