The affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record.

2. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application that the name of the petitioner has been deleted from the voter list. Subsequently, the petitioner has preferred and appeal before the Appellate Tribunal being Appeal No. APS2512G290326920121 and the same is pending before the Appellate Tribunal. He submits that the petitioner has preferred the appeal by disclosing all the documents and prayed for a direction upon the Appellate Tribunal for disposal of the appeal by considering the documents relied by the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the ECI submits that even the appellate authority shall consider the appeal of the petitioner, it is not possible for the ECI to review the voter list, as the last date of review of the voter list was April 27, 2026.

4. Considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the respective parties.

5. The writ petition is disposed of by requesting the Appellate Tribunal to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner being Appeal No. APS2512G290326920121 as early as possible.

6. WPA 10384 of 2026 is disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities.
