CAN 2 of 2023 is an application for restoration of the appeal which was dismissed in Lawazima on July 6, 2023 for non-filing of the certified copies of the judgment and decree of the trial court.

Learned counsel appearing for the appellant/petitioner submits that the appellant/petitioner has been able to obtain the copies thereof in the meantime.

Accordingly, upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, CAN 2 of 2023 is allowed, thereby restoring the appeal along with the connected application to their original file and numbers and recalling the order dated July 6, 2023 passed in the said appeal. 4.

Judges copy, filed in court today, are kept on record.
