Perused the office report dated 17.07.2023/20.07.2023 It appears from the said office report and materials placed on record that the L.C.R of Title Suit No.-36/2005 was called for from the Ld. Trial Court of the Ld. Civil Judge (Senior Division), Second Court at Barasat , North 24 Parganas vide Memo No.60F dated 09.01.2017.

But neither the L.C.R in Title Suit No.-36/2005 nor any report has yet been received by the department. Let a reminder be issued to the concerned Ld. Trial Court immediately through the Ld. District Judge for transmitting the L.C.R in Title Suit No.- 36/2005 to this Hon'ble Court within three weeks from the date of receipt of communication from the department.
