The allegation of the petitioner is that the order of status quo has been violated.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.7 to 10 that the order of status quo has not been violated. The order dated April 23, 2021 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Haldia, Purba Medinipur, has been complied with by the said respondents, it is urged.

The petitioner is directed to approach the appropriate forum for necessary orders of police help for implementation of the order of status quo, within two weeks. If such application is filed, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law. Under such circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Officer-in-Charge, Nandigram Police

Station, Purba Medinipur to keep strict vigil and ensure that the parties comply with the order of status quo.

This order is subject to the final decision of the civil court that may be passed in the application to be filed by the petitioner for police help. There will be no order as to costs. All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
