Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mrs. Debjani Sahu, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned Authorities in due course. The grievance of the present petitioner is that he filed an application with a prayer to allow him to continue the proceedings being the son of the de facto complainant. The said petition is still pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar. The said application with the prayer for allowing the son of the de facto complainant to proceed and take necessary steps be disposed of by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar in connection with Bidhannagar Electronic Complex Police Station No. 25 of 2020 on the next date so fixed or within a month thereafter.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional

application being CRR 1513 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. [Tirthankar Ghosh, J]
