And In Re : Bipul Roy alias Bipul Ray ..... petitioner Mr. Arunava Maitra ... for the petitioner Mr. Saibal Bapuli, learned APP Mr. Bibaswan Bhattacharya ... for the State Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in March, 2023. There is no change in the circumstance since then. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
