It appears from the report petitioner is the owner of the premises from where narcotic substance was recovered.

In view of the aforesaid report and other materials on record, we are of the opinion custodial interrogation is necessary and this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
