1. By way of this public interest litigation the petitioner alleges that a gas godown and petrol pump have been unauthorizedly set up.

2. The learned advocate appearing for the State submitted that all requisite permissions have been obtained before the same was established.

3. The petitioner has not pointed out any specific violation.

4. Therefore, we find the present writ petition not to be a genuine public interest litigation and the same is accordingly dismissed.
