Heard the learned Counsel for both the parties. 2.
The petitioner is stated to be the mother-in-law of the deceased. Submission of charge-sheet against the petitioner under Section 306 IPC presupposes the fact that the deceased had a suicidal death. Considering the materials placed by learned Counsel for the parties including the statement of the witnesses.

There is omnibus allegation against the petitioner so far as harassment and torture to the deceased for fulfillment of demand of dowry is concerned. The husband of the deceased is stated to have been released on regular bail in the meantime.

Regard being had to the facts and submissions in the case, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner, question of parity and completion of investigation in the meantime, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barrackpore in G.R. case No. 4431 of 2020 arising out of Jagaddal P.S. case No. 491 of 2020 on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present
case.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. 6.
CRM (DB) 1681 of 2023 is disposed of.
