Ms. Ananya Adhikary ......For the Petitioner Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in the present writ petition the charge sheet dated 11.03.11 served upon the petitioner was challenged. But subsequently the petitioner has been dismissed from service and against the said dismissal, a writ petition is pending before another Bench of this Court.
It is further submitted that as the proceedings were completed subsequent to the charge sheet and the petitioner was dismissed from service, it has been challenged in a different writ petition.
The present writ petition has now become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
There will be no order as to costs.
All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously after completion of all necessary formalities.
