The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher of Kulaipadima High School, VillageKulaipadima, District- Purba Medinipur.

The petitioner has given representations to the Headmaster of the School and to the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.) Purba Medinipur, the respondent nos. and herein respectively alleging diverse mismanagement of the affairs of the school and illtreatment of the school authority towards her. The petitioner in the instant writ petition is praying direction upon the aforementioned respondents for consideration of her said representations.

Mr. Bari, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has raised her voice against different irregularities in the affairs of the school and as a repercussion of which she has been subjected to different ill-treatments of the school authorities such as

a separate attendance register has been opened for the petitioner alone. He prays that the authorities must be restrained from treating the petitioner differently from other teachers as it is causing mental trauma to her. Mr. Dhole, learned advocate for the State files the report as directed, which is taken on record. It appears from the said report that on the complaint of the petitioner, the District Inspector of Schools (S.E), District Purba Medinpur, the respondent no. 3 herein had conducted an enquiry and under his memo bearing no.237 -S dated May 11, 2023 has forwarded the enquiry report to the Commissioner of School Education, Government of West Bengal, the respondent no. 2 herein for necessary action. The respondent no.

2 in turn on July 14, 2023 has sent the said report to the Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education for necessary steps under law to be taken by the disciplinary authority. In view of such development of the matter, the prayer of the petitioner for consideration of her representations has become infructuous, in consequence W.P.A. 9902 of 2023 fails and is accordingly dismissed without any order as to costs.
