Learned counsel for the State submits that charge sheet has been submitted upon completion of investigation.

On prayer of the petitioner liberty is granted to take necessary steps before the jurisdictional Magistrate in the event he is aggrieved by the charge sheet or the investigation.

No fruitful purpose shall be served in keeping the writ petition pending. The same is accordingly disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
