Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

The petitioners, working with the Ranirhat 4th Plan Primary School, Dinhata Circle at Coochbehar have applied for mutual transfer with one Subodh Sarkar, Assistant Teacher of Nabaratna Prathamik Vidyalaya School, Alipore Circle at Kolkata to the Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education on 8th April, 2024.

In those circumstances, the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education may consider the petitioners' application off line for mutual transfer strictly in accordance with applicable Rules and

particularly after ascertaining the willingness of the counter part within a period of 12 weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order and pass appropriate orders thereof. The DPSCs/DIs concerned shall forward all papers of service of the petitioners including the information whether the petitioners have been confirmed, to the WBBPE forthwith.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
