Seen the police report. It appears that the petitioner is residing in his own house peacefully and without any disturbance.

This Court had directed the police to escort the petitioner who had been allegedly ousted from his own residential house by the respondent nos. 6 to 19, back to the house. It appears that before the petitioner could approach the police authorities, the petitioner was allowed to enter the house and is living there, peacefully.

The petitioner apprehends that the incident shall be repeated once again and the petitioner would be ousted from the locality.

The police authorities have produced a letter written by the petitioner to the Officer-in-Charge, Sagar Police Station, from which it appears that the petitioner has been residing at his own house and the

police authorities have kept vigil in order to secure his safety. A photograph has been annexed to the report. The learned advocate for the respondent nos. 6 to 16 submits that the allegations of the petitioner are false and frivolous. That the dispute is over immovable property. That a title suit is pending. An order of injunction was also passed. He further submits that this Court on an earlier occasion had recorded that the petitioner had not cooperated with the investigation of the police. It also appears that several criminal cases had been initiated by the police authorities on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner. From the earlier orders passed by this Court, the fact that the dispute is over immovable property is evident. Remedy of the petitioner is before the civil court. A suit is also pending. However, the police authorities shall ensure that no breach of peace takes place and the parties do not engage in fights and quarrels over the dispute.

Under such circumstances, this Court does not find any reason to pass any further orders.

This writ petition is disposed of.

The police report is taken on record.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
