Petitioner submitted his representation with the Officer-in-charge, Jibantala Police Station on or about 17.04.2023. The main grievance of the petitioner relate to obstruction created by the private respondents, his men and agents and threatening the petitioner on dire consequences.

Learned advocate for the State is present.

As the representation was made on 17.04.2023 and more than two years have passed, if the petitioner is faced with the same inconvenience he would inform the Officer-in-charge of the concerned police station who will take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 9925 of 2023 is disposed of.

Needless to state that this court has not entered into the merits of the case and has left it to the discretion of the Officer-in-charge concerned. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
