This case has been pending since 2015 and is appearing in the list since 18th January, 2023. The matter was called on each working day of this Court since then but nobody appeared for any of the parties.

Therefore, in this old matter without wasting any further time, the case is taken up for final determination on merit. This revision is barred by limitation insofar as the present revision has been filed after fifteen days beyond the prescribed period. Though the petitioner has prayed for condonation of delay by filing an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963. The grounds thereof are not found to be cogent and sufficient. Hence the application being CRAN 1225 of 2015 along with the revision, being CRR 1121 of 2015, are dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
