Report submitted on behalf of the State encloses a statement of Smt. Saraswati Paladhi wherein she has categorically stated that there has been no compromise or amicable settlement and she do not intend to withdraw the present case, rather she intends to pursue the present criminal case being Mednipur All Women P. S. Case No. 84 of 2020 dated 23-08-2020. Having considered the fact that charge-sheet has already been submitted, I direct the learned trial court to expedite the process of consideration of charges and fix a schedule of dates once in every three months so that the trial of the case can be concluded within a reasonable period of time. With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 1592 of 2024 is disposed of.
