Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that certain necessary facts have not been pleaded in the writ petition. The petitioners intend to withdraw the instant writ petition with a liberty to file afresh. He files written instruction dated 15th May, 2025, which is taken on record.

In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 10801 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioners to file afresh.
