1. The petitioner's claim for some emoluments, security of tenure have been rejected by the Office of the District Registrar, Nadia on 28th January, 2015.

2. An O.A. has been filed challenging the said decision, ten years thereafter in 2025. The O.A. bearing number O.A.40 of 2025 has been dismissed by the State Administrative Tribunal on the ground of being barred by limitation.

3. Today, when we have taken up the matter for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner being faced with such circumstances, and the limitation for filing an OA before the Tribunal contained under Section 21 of the Administrative Tribunal's Act, 1985, submits that the petitioner would approach the competent

authority seeking benefit of the memorandum dated 25.02.2016 bearing NO. 1107-F(P) issued by the OSD & E.O. Joint Secretary to the Government of West Bengal, in the Finance Department, Audit Branch,.

4. Without making any observation on the petitioner's entitlement to the benefits under the said Memorandum, with liberty; as prayed for, the writ petition is disposed of.
