Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that there was back to back complaint against the petitioner. In the other compliant, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the jurisdictional court.

Learned advocate for the State draws the attention of this Court to contents in the case diary.

Considering the statement recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C of the victim girl and the contents in the FIR and considering the fact that police submitted charge sheet, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. Petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.
