It appears that this matter has been adjourned on earlier occasions also i.e., on 12.07.2021 and 6.07.2021 when none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. I am of the view that the petitioner is not interested in proceeding with this petition and is deliberately avoiding this Court.

In view of the repeated non-appearance of the petitioner, WPA 7340 of 2012 is dismissed for default. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
