Apprehending arrest in connection with Khargram Police Station Case No.

dated 04.03.2021 under Sections 467/468/471/420/34 of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioner has filed the instant application for anticipatory bail. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that there is a fatal defect in the instant application and does not intend to press this application.

In view of the above, the matter is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file afresh.
