For the State There are criminal antecedents so far as the petitioner is concerned. Call Details Records between the petitioner and person arrested with the commercial quantity of narcotics exist. Independent witness also implicate the petitioner. Petitioner is unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985.

Consequently, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The application being CRM (A) 1376 of 2024 is dismissed.
