The petitioner's application for transfer on medical grounds has been rejected on the opinion of the CMOH.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that her medical condition is serious enough to warrant transfer.

In those circumstances, the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Suri, Birbhum shall furnish a copy of the report of the CMOH to the petitioner based on which her application was rejected.

Let such report be furnished to the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
