The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent no.2 to consider before whom the petitioner had preferred a representation dated 26.02.2026 which has not been considered till date.

On hearing the learned counsels for the parties, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no.2 shall consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.02.2026, on hearing all stake holders, and dispose of the said representation by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law, within a period of 60 days from the date of this order.
