The petitioner participated in the recruitment process for the post of Assistant Teacher in the year 2009. He has alleged several discrepancies in the recruitment process.

This Court has considered the entire recruitment process and passed an order dated 25th April, 2024 in WPA 20966 of 2022 (Kakali Mondal & Ors. Vs. The State of West Bengal and Ors.).

The instant writ petition has been filed on 20th May, 2022.

In the above circumstances, the writ petitioner is covered under the said order dated 25th April, 2024 and shall be entitled to appointment on the same terms and conditions and scrutiny mentioned therein.

The last date for accepting for scrutiny of applications pursuant to the order dated 25th April, 2024 shall stand extended in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is allowed and disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
