By an earlier order dated June 9, 2021, a co-ordinate bench of this court directed the department to issue notice upon the learned advocate representing the appellant for removal of defect and further directed enlistment of the appeal in the monthly list of August 2021. In the event of non-removal of defects, it was observed in the said order that the appeal would likely to be dismissed. Pursuant to the said direction, administrative notice was issued on July 6, 2021. Subsequently, on August 3, 2021, a coordinate bench took note of the service of notice, but due to lack of determination released the matter.

However, in view of non-compliance of order dated June 9, 2021, the appeal stands dismissed.
